  • 1. Overview This website is operated by GLADES FARM AND AUTO REPAIR. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GLADES FARM AND AUTO REPAIR (GFAR Services). We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

  • By visiting our site, booking a repair service, renting a lift bay, or purchasing e-bikes/parts from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

  • 2. Online Store Terms By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

  • 3. Service, Repair & Rental Policies Appointments: Online booking requests for repairs or lift rentals are subject to confirmation. An online request does not guarantee a specific time slot until you receive a confirmation email.

  • Car Lift & DIY Bay Rentals:

  • Safety First: All renters must sign a liability waiver and undergo a brief safety orientation before using the lifts. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory.

  • Tool Usage: Rental of the bay may include standard tools. Specialty tools may incur extra fees. You are financially responsible for any tools lost or broken during your session.

  • Overtime: If you exceed your booked time slot, you will be charged for the additional time in 15-minute increments at the current shop rate.

  • Clean-Up: Bays must be returned in the same clean condition they were found. A cleaning fee of $50 may apply for excessive oil spills or trash left behind.

  • Auto & Bike Repairs:

  • Estimates: Prices listed online are estimates. Final pricing is contingent upon physical inspection at our Miami facility.

  • Mechanic’s Lien: Pursuant to Florida Statutes Chapter 713, we reserve the right to assert a mechanic's lien on any vehicle or bike for which services or storage fees remain unpaid.

  • Storage Fees: Vehicles left at our facility for more than 3 business days after notification of service completion will be subject to a daily storage fee of $45.00.

  • 4. Products, E-Bikes, and Accuracy of Information E-Bikes: We display e-bike specifications (range, speed, battery) based on manufacturer testing. Real-world performance may vary based on rider weight and terrain. Accessories: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be accurate. Modifications: Prices for our products and rental rates are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice.

  • 5. Billing and Account Information We reserve the right to refuse any order or booking you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases and bookings made at our store.

  • 6. Payment Terms Methods: We accept major credit cards and digital wallets. Authorization: By inputting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount due for your order, rental deposit, or service fee. Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to verify the identity of the cardholder before processing high-value orders (e.g., E-Bikes).

Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy.

  • 9. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability DIY RENTALS: USE OF OUR CAR LIFTS AND TOOLS IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR IS INHERENTLY DANGEROUS. GFAR SERVICES IS NOT LIABLE FOR INJURY OR DEATH RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR FACILITIES.

  • GENERAL: THE SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS DELIVERED TO YOU ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND. IN NO CASE SHALL GLADES FARM AND AUTO REPAIR, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
